New Chief Operating Officer Announced

Clearfield, Utah, August 1, 2006—SabiOso Inc. today announced that Gary Hadfield has been promoted to duties as its Chief Operating Officer.  In conjunction with this change, Michael Mitchell has stepped down and will be leaving the company to pursue other business interests.  SabiOso Chairman and Chief Executive, Joe Martinez was quoted saying “Gary brings a wealth of experience to the position, and we look forward to great things under his leadership.”  Gary stated that “he is excited at the potential the company holds.  The human capital assets within our organization make it almost certain we will succeed.”

Gary joined the company in January 2001 and has worked in several positions within the organization.  He brings to the position a wealth of knowledge in many areas.  His professional life has spanned a variety of roles including positions as Vice President of Operations, Director of Business Development, Director of Customer Relations and Distribution, Supply Chain Engineer, Distribution Manager, Inventory Control Manager, Program Manager, and International Logistics Analyst.
